I have a recommended package for certain treatments, such as Trauma Relief Sessions, and most really benefit from those alone, yet some may prefer on-going support.
Some clients prefer the reassurance of ongoing sessions whilst Preparing for Pregnancy, or throughout their pregnancy.
Some clients come for 1 Fear Releasing Session.
Most Mizan’s tend to be an intensive round of 3 close paced sessions, then monthly or bi-monthly massages. Or some come twice a year for a bit of an MOT.
It is very individual. We can chat about this, and see what suits you.
But it is roughly £65 per hour, with large reductions in price for packages or increased hours.
The prices for the different types of sessions are listed on the bookings page. You can visit it by going to

Mizan is an incredible therapy for women of all stages in life.
Used by women for balancing their cycles, and bringing them to a regular interval, easing away the cause of PMT, painful cramps, and unnecessary symptoms. So many women have a womb that is tilted or out of balance physically, and this has a knock on effect on so many of the body’s systems.
Mizan helps bring tonality back to the surrounding tissues and ligaments, to help bring the womb back into its natural alignment.
Amazing during the reproductive years, as it helps whilst conception is the aim, and also utterly amazing for women on the run up, going towards, or beyond menopause.
Mizan is known to make great shifts in a woman’s health, and reconnecting with your womb is one of the most empowering things you could do for yourself as a woman.
With regards to fertility, the aim is not ‘to have a baby’, the aim is to take the pressure off of you, and the aim is actually to create an optimum fertile body, and an emotionally ready you to leave space in life for new things, letting go of past unwanted emotions that can cause blockages and barriers.
With regards to birth preparation. I cannot guarantee that you will get the birth that you desire. But I will make sure that you have had the support, the information, the empowerment to make your choices based on best practice. I will do all within my power to make sure you have the mindset to go forth for what you want to achieve.
And I will also do all I can to prepare you for alternative birth possibilities. Informed choices are your choices.
If you have to cancel or postpone, I ask that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given, as re-booking someone in to fill such short notice timeslots is unlikely due to people’s time commitments. Failure to give 48 hours notice of cancellation or postponement results in full fee.
