Even if you don’t plan a birth to whale music, it doesn’t mean that hypnosis isn’t for you. Hypnotherapy and EFT can help you manage fears and feelings. Letting go of fears, that frequently aren’t even your own, they were Great Auntie Joyce’s fear that has been passed on through fear based stories, even though they meant well.
Loads of women have got wonderful birth stories that they could share, but we mostly hear the horror stories, as the ladies who have been through a traumatic experience often cannot help repeating their stories of pain and trauma, and those who have had wonderful births feel guilty of sharing their amazing stories for the concern about upsetting others.

Tweaking your diet to wholesome living foods can make such a difference to not just the baby, but also yourself. Foods that alkalise heart burn, relieve night time leg cramps, increase energy, never mind nurture the both of you.

The moment that your baby is born is the most rewarding and powerful thing a woman can do. And it can be amazing too! Forget what you may have seen on One Born Every Minute. And don’t think that you have to breathe in one particular way to be able to birth properly. My birth hypnotherapy sessions are done to treat you as the individual to follow your own instincts, and to trust them. Not every lady has to breathe the baby down, or moo like a cow, or push until you are purple and have pushed out your piles before the baby (in fact, that’s one that goes against all the instincts!) but what I am trying to say is that not all hypnobirthing is the same. I don’t advocate any one particular method, I advocate YOUR method, and most of you won’t know what the method is until the time, so my sessions are based on preparing your mind for the process of birth, opening your mind to the beauty of your instincts, giving you different visualisation tools and breathing techniques that feel right for you. Helping you let go of any fears or limiting beliefs that you may have subconsciously picked up.

Your birth, your way.
